It isn't really a fan-couple, but Stitch/Angel is here, so why not this?
I dunno why I like this couple. Well, it depends if Mew is a boy or girl in your fandom. She's a girl in mine, as you can tell. ^^;
Well, he's really dull and serious, and she's really funny and outgoing. As Sid said- "She completes you."

Mew is a girl in mine too! =O . I really supported this couple ever since I first saw Pokemon The First Movie.

I don't support them as a couple, sorry. Since Mew is a boy in my mind, mostly.
If I could see Mew as a girl, I would definatly love this couple! Opposites attract after all, and it gets even more interesting when the opposites are clones. x3

Yep. I see Mewtwo as being straight all the way. So Mew/Mewtwo wouldn't work in my fandom. =P
Strangely enough, I support the couple Mew/Lucario and in that couple I see Mew as a girl. O.o It's strange.

What mostly made me think Mew's a girl is that all her psychic powers were pink, and Mewtwo's were blue. >>;
