How do I tell when the SDHC card is full? Like how does the camera alert you? Does the camera usually alert you or is there another way to tell when it is full? The camcorders instructions don’t say anything about what happens when the memory card is full. I guess they figure people would already know. I also got a mini tripod which fixes the issue of the shaking shots from my spasms.

When the memory card on my camera is full, my camera screen goes black and displays a message that says, "Memoy card full." Maybe your camera does the same thing? If you're using a new memory card, though, I wouldn't be worried about it being full any time soon. ^_^ Those things have a lot more space than they look. Mine easily holds probably about a thousand pictures. While videos take up a lot more space than photos, I'm sure you have many hours of filming ahead of you before your memory card fills up. And once it does, just plug it into your computer and save the footage into a video editing program, then delete it from the memory card to free up more space. Piece of cake. ^_^
I'm glad the tripod helps too. They're definitely good for keeping the camera stable in all kinds of situations, from shaky hands, to weather conditions, to panning shots, so it's a useful tool to have. ^_^

I'm shooting a video project that requires a lot of shots and someone is helping me put effects on the shots so he wants me to keep the shots on the memory. If I run out of memory I will just keep changing the cards.
