Calling Mac users urgent

Im having problems now i have upgraded my macbook from tiger to leopard i cannot download the latest software update because it wont accept my account.

and the disc looks like a copy and is very poorly printed...

Also time machine wont work

it does look genuine, since the user has 100% feedback plus that's what the disk looks like, and it is common for mac upgrades to reject the old mac user account.

as for time machine, i don't know snce i don't have 10.5

I got it fixed by buying another disc from the mac store and reinstalling tiger first then leopard over tiger if that makes sense!

I made a new account so now my computer is fine also time machine works properly now.
