From The Smurfs. Pictured below in my signature, I thought I'd talk about this smurf and mermaid couple since my next fanfic movie project is going to centre around them. Anyways, I simply love this couple. I think they're adorable together, the love that they share between them is beautiful and true (the episodes featuring them together are certainly my favourites of the entire show) and it's a real shame that Marina only appeared in three Smurfs episodes and their story never really got finished. In what is my next favourite cartoon after Lilo and Stitch, I might even go as far as to say that Handy and Marina are my new favourite couple. I've always ranked Stitch/Angel as my favourite, and while I still think they're cute together, let's face facts, she hasn't been very good to Stitch, has she? Especially not in the anime.
